How it works

From a call to a live dashboard in about 10 days

Most of the time on a dashboard project goes into waiting: for a spec, for a slot in someone's queue, for a fix. We take the waiting out.

  1. Day 0

    A call about what you need to see. We record it, and the transcript becomes the brief.

  2. 48 hours

    A wireframe on sample data, so you can react before any build time is spent.

  3. Day 7

    The first build on your data, in your tool, with the screens you agreed.

  4. Day 10

    Live, and often sooner, after a check with the people who will use it.

  5. After launch

    Changes are made within hours of your mail.

A portfolio cockpit for private equity, with an assistant that answers in plain English

pHRism runs HR and payroll systems for private equity firms and kept getting asked for dashboards. We built a self-hosted cockpit with them: portfolio KPIs, covenant headroom, late submissions and a data health view, with an assistant that cites the table and period behind every answer.
